Client is entitled to three rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions will be billed at $nil per hour.

Timeline and Delays
Project timeline to be mutually agreed upon at the project outset.
Client-caused delays may result in a proportional extension of the project timeline.
03.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon final payment.
04.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a breach.
Client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
